Free Shipping to New Zealand
At PawPace we offer free standard shipping on all orders to New Zealand. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout — what you see is what you pay.
Estimated Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 10–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 12–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–25 business days
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at support.pawpace@gmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your estimated delivery date please contact us at support.pawpace@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Customs and Import Taxes
PawPace is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be applied by your country's customs authority for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that since Brexit, UK customers may be subject to additional import duties on orders from outside the United Kingdom.
